China Mining 2026: Kazakhstan Strengthens Its Presence at One of China’s Key Mining Platforms – Kazakhstan Day and the Kazakhstan Mining Stand

From 10 to 12 September 2026, the Kazakhstan Chamber of Mines will participate in the 28th China Mining Conference and Exhibition in Tianjin, one of the leading international platforms for geology, mineral resources and the mining industry.

In 2026, China Mining will further strengthen the international dimension of the Conference and expand the Mining Ministers Forum, bringing together representatives of major resource-rich countries. The Conference will focus on practical cooperation in geology and mineral resources. The Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan has received an official invitation from the Chinese side to participate in the Conference and the Mining Ministers Forum.

By decision of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kazakhstan Chamber of Mines has been appointed the official organiser of Kazakhstan Day at China Mining 2026. Kazakhstan Day will take place on 11 September, from 09:00 to 10:30, in Hall 215. The event is expected to bring together representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Construction, the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in China, leading Chinese investors and mining companies – members of the Chamber. The programme will focus on investment opportunities and promising projects in Kazakhstan’s mining sector, as well as strengthening cooperation with Chinese investors and companies.

In 2025, the Chamber organised Kazakhstan Day at China Mining for the first time. The success of last year’s event demonstrated strong interest in Kazakhstan among the Chinese mining community. In 2026, the Chamber is building on this momentum and strengthening Kazakhstan’s systematic presence at China Mining.

As part of the exhibition, the Kazakhstan Mining stand will bring together leading companies from Kazakhstan’s mining and metals sector. The stand will serve as a platform for showcasing companies and projects, as well as for business meetings and negotiations with Chinese and international partners.
