Astana, April 18, 2024 — The Kazakhstan Chamber of Mines successfully hosted a session on "Development of Kazakhstani Content in Subsoil Use: Experience and Strategies" as part of the 14th MINEX Kazakhstan Mining and Exploration Forum. During the session, speakers emphasized the importance of adhering to regulations that mandate 50% local workforce employment and 60% local procurement. The discussions highlighted the benefits of fostering local partnerships and securing off-take contracts to enhance supply chain stability and boost local manufacturing participation.
