The Kazakhstan Chamber of Mines has called for constructive dialogue with investors regarding land relations.
During the GEOSCIENCE & EXPLORATION CENTRAL ASIA International Geological Forum held in Astana on April 2–3, 2026, while answering questions from journalists, the president of the Kazakhstan Chamber of Mining and Metallurgy shared his views on the barriers faced by investors due to the lack of regulation governing relations between land users and geological exploration companies. We strive to establish a constructive dialogue with land tenants during the geological exploration phase. The Chamber’s proposals to improve Kazakhstan’s investment climate in this regard are currently being developed in collaboration with government agencies.
